Products and handmade variation

Each piece is made and finished by hand. Small differences in brushwork, bubble placement, tone, and scene position are part of that process and do not make a piece defective. Product dimensions and colors are described as accurately as possible.

Orders and payment

An order is accepted after payment authorization and order confirmation. If an item becomes unavailable or a material issue prevents completion, we will contact you with the available options before proceeding.

Lead times and delivery

Studio lead times and carrier transit are separate estimates. Customs, severe weather, and carrier delays can affect delivery after dispatch. See Shipping & Delivery for the current structure.

Returns, warranty, and liability

Returns and LED warranty claims follow the published Returns & Warranty policy. Display pieces are not toys. Use only indoors with a compatible low-voltage power source and keep resin away from high heat and direct sun.

Intellectual property

Resintale retains rights in its original product designs, photography, writing, and site materials. Purchasing a piece does not transfer reproduction or commercial-use rights.
