Change-of-mind returns

Contact us within 30 days of delivery. The piece must return unused, complete, and protected in its original packaging.

Returnable

  • Standard, non-custom pieces in original condition
  • Unopened gift accessories
  • Items reported within the 30-day window

Not returnable

  • Personalized or commissioned work
  • Damage caused after delivery
  • Pieces returned without protective packaging

Return shipping is paid by the customer for a change of mind. If the piece arrived damaged or incorrect, we cover the remedy.

LED hardware warranty

Light hardware coverage

The LED base, supplied cable, and installed light components are covered for the period shown in the order terms.

Covered

  • LED failure under normal indoor use
  • Fault in the supplied cable or switch
  • Electrical issue confirmed from a short video

Not covered

  • Impact, water, misuse, or unauthorized repair
  • Using an incompatible power supply
  • Resin yellowing caused by prolonged direct sunlight or heat
