Questions,
answered plainly.
Handmade work comes with real variation, real lead times, and a few practical care needs. Start here.
Ordering
Ready-to-ship pieces enter final inspection after payment. Made-to-order pieces join the next open studio slot; the product page shows the expected lead time before checkout.
The composition and palette follow the photographed design, but brushwork, tiny bubbles, and miniature placement vary slightly. Each handmade piece is recognizably the same design, never a factory duplicate.
Contact us as soon as possible. Standard orders can usually be changed before dispatch; made-to-order work cannot be changed once printing, painting, or casting has begun.
No. Once the stated edition closes, that numbered run is finished. Returns or artist proofs may be offered separately and will be identified honestly.
Shipping
Ready-to-ship pieces leave the studio in 3–5 business days. Made-to-order pieces need 3–4 weeks before dispatch. Carrier transit begins after that.
Yes, to supported destinations shown at checkout. The buyer may be responsible for destination-country duties, taxes, or local handling fees.
Each piece is wrapped to isolate the resin surface, braced inside a rigid box, and placed in an outer shipping carton when its scale requires double boxing.
Tracking is emailed after carrier collection. It can take up to 48 hours for the first scan to appear.
Product care
Use a soft dry microfiber cloth. For a stubborn mark, use a barely damp cloth, then dry immediately. Avoid alcohol, solvents, abrasive cloths, and household polish.
No. Prolonged UV exposure and high heat can yellow resin and stress the light hardware. Keep the piece indoors, away from sunny windows and heaters.
Treat current trays as decorative desk objects for keys, jewelry, and small keepsakes. Do not use them for food, cutting, microwaving, dishwashing, or hot items.
No. These are display objects with small scene elements and electrical parts, not toys.
Custom orders
A small number of custom slots may open between collection work. Contact the studio with the subject, desired object, size, deadline, and reference material.
No. We can discuss an original scene direction, but we will not reproduce another maker’s artwork or a customer-owned one-off without permission.
Some bases and certificates can be personalized before production. Availability and price depend on the piece; ask before ordering.
Custom quotes reflect design time, printing, painting, materials, scale, testing, and revision limits. The quote and timeline are agreed before work begins.
Warranty
It covers failure of the supplied LED base, cable, switch, or installed light component under normal indoor use during the warranty period shown with the order.
Impact, water, incompatible power supplies, unauthorized repair, normal cosmetic wear, and resin damage from direct sun or high heat are not covered.
Send the order number, a photograph of the full piece and issue, plus a short power-on video for a light fault.
We choose the most practical remedy after review: a replacement part, repair, replacement piece, or refund where appropriate. Handmade replacements may require the normal studio lead time.
